Since 2020, he has been providing standardised worker accommodations in the Ruhr region – with direct contact for guests and business partners, fast availability and high standards of quality and service.

All apartments follow a uniform furnishing concept. We place particular emphasis on comfortable single beds with high-quality, thick mattresses for a restful sleep.
Our bathrooms are standardly equipped with modern bidet showers, offering additional hygiene comfort.
All apartments are cleaned to a high quality standard and carefully inspected before every arrival. Our guests can expect a perfectly clean accommodation. Interim cleaning is available on request for €79.00 net.
